Asheville builder, Preish Construction, selected for membership

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- Asheville, N.C. builder Jim Preish and Mallory Fuller of Preish Construction, Inc. have been selected for membership in the Southern Living Custom Builder Program.

Jim and Mallory are one of 100 builders chosen for the sixteenth year of the exclusive Southern Living builder program.Each year, Southern Living carefully selects members based on their reputation among local businesses and consumers; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior quality and attention to detail; innovative style; and other criteria. Builders also have access to the entire Southern Living House Plans Service collection, which includes more than 800 plans created by respected architects and designers throughout the nation.

“The builder program is a natural extension of our overall homes effort, which aims at offering quality designs and new ideas to consumers across the Southeast,” said Brent Warren, Manager of the Southern Living Builder Program.“We believe we have chosen outstanding builders across the region to help us do this.”

Jim Preish has twenty-five years experience as a North Carolina General Contractor. He further holds a degree in Engineering, and an MBA in Accounting. Mallory Fuller has nine years experience as a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, and is the company’s project manager. He further holds a BS in Business/Marketing and brings fifteen years of prior corporate management experience to the company. Preish Construction, Inc.,holds an "Unlimited" North Carolina Building Contractor's License. They are also members of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and the Asheville Home Builders Association.
